I think I'm using 3 that actually affect gameplay in a minor way. I didn't want to take away too much from the vanilla experience on my first playthrough. And I didn't even install those til I had been playing for a few weeks and had figured out what annoyed the crap outta me. As for the aesthetic mods.various weather enhancers like adding seasons, storms, and cosmetic lightning (you can have it do damage if you want but I don't want lightning killing me or stealing my kills). Enhanced Light and Effects (ELFX) makes the lighting and shadows more true to life, like you NEED a torch or magelight spell in a dark cave. On top of that, I have a mod from the ENB Series that further enhances effects such as shadow, bloom, the sun, moon, stars, antialiasing, that beautiful resource hog known as depth of field, etc, etc. I think it's called RealVision.
I have also made many edits to the included.ini file to fit it to my liking and monitor (I keep my brightness low so I hopefully won't end up blind when I'm 60). I am also using Mod Organizer, a script extender called SKSE, load order tool called LOOT.
I got all three expansions in the bundle on Steam, the (free) Bethesda HiRes textures (although even higher res user made ones exist), and the Unofficial Patches to all of those things (LOOT and Mod Organizer really help here). Mods (except a couple 'adult' clothing ones mentioned below) were obtained through NexusMods (waaay better than the Steam Workshop). NSFW Most importantly, you need a female body replacer.

I am using the Dimonized UNP Female Body (skinny version). If you're going to google that, please take note that it is NSFW. You don't need archon faulds when you have the NSFW Arcane Violet Dress NSFW and the NSFW Arcane Knickers NSFW. These aren't on the Nexus for some reason. I'm not going to name the site that has them because there are just some way too messed up mods on there-like, it's bad-bad, bad, bad and VERY, VERY NSFW.
I mentioned I would post Skyrim screenshots, so without further ado. They all look pretty bad thanks to imgur's cruddy compression algorithm (game generates.bmps).
