I thought I'd upload it since the license allowed me too under my circumstances. This is the most recent version that's intended for Borderlands 2. It's a tool that lets you edit the contents of a save game of your choosing.

Works for money, skins, inventory, bank inventory, ect., a lot of things. Tends to have issues with certain anti-virus, but I tested this a bit myself, so no worries.

Not sure how all the features work, but the format is easy to understand and read for the most part. Installation Extract all the files in the archive into their own folder, and then place that folder in Program Files (x86) Steam steamapps common Borderlands 2', or where ever you have the game's directory. The program should work so long as the folder is on the same drive as the game itself. Right click on Gibbed.Borderlands2.SaveEdit.exe and go on the properties tab, then set the program to 'Run as Administrator'.
